Q: Do I have to ship the equipment back?
A: Yes, for most repairs. But we arrange and pay for return shipping. 
You just send it to us.

A: We replace it for free under warranty. If unrepairable, 
you get replacement equipment.

Q: Does warranty cover water damage?
A: No. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. 
Water/liquid damage is user responsibility.

Q: What if I drop the equipment?
A: Drop damage is not covered by warranty as it's user caused.
