Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wikbeauty.com If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancelations
To be eligible for an order cancelation, you must get in contact with us no later than 24 hours after the payment has been made. After this time, the package has already been processed and dispatched. If you wish to proceed with the cancelation of your order, you will return the package unopened to our warehouse upon receiving it at the cost of the customer.Damages & Issues
