Wikbeauty Professional Spa Equipment - Warranty, Return, and Shipping Policy
At Wikbeauty, we are committed to providing top-quality professional spa equipment with a focus on customer satisfaction. All equipment purchased from Wikbeauty comes with a 3-Year Warranty as well as a 30-Day Change of Mind Return Option. Our customer care team is dedicated to ensuring your order arrives promptly and safely.
Shipping Information:
We ship globally, including the United States, with delivery typically taking 3-15 days after purchase, depending on the machine ordered and your shipping address. Every shipment is handled with care to ensure the best onboarding experience.
Once your order is placed, a Wikbeauty team member will contact you by email with recommended educational video materials and provide a link to sign up for free one-on-one clinical training with one of our experienced instructors.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you decide the machine is not suitable, we offer a 30-Day Change of Mind Return Option.
Conditions for the 30-Day Return Option:
- The machine must be unopened and unused.
- Machines for which Wikbeauty School training has been completed are non-returnable.
- Machines with custom logos are non-returnable.
- Consumables, including gels, liquids, and cartridges, are non-returnable.
- Damaged machines are covered under warranty (please refer to our warranty policy for more details).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. A 20% return fee will apply to cover these costs. The return fee must be paid via bank wire transfer before receiving return instructions. Bank wire transfer instructions will be provided after the return is approved.
- The return must be approved by our customer support team. Do not send your package to the address printed on the package as our warehouses do not handle returns. Our team will provide the correct return address.

Order Cancellations:
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, and as a result, orders cannot be canceled after one hour of placement. If an order is canceled before payment is processed, a full refund will be issued. However, if your payment has already been processed, the transaction fees (2.9%-7.9%) charged by credit card companies, PayPal, or Shopify Installment fees are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the amount paid minus the applicable transaction fees.
